How do I know a part will fit my vehicle? +
Use the Year/Make/Model/Trim/Engine search on any page, or check the "Confirmed fitment" table on the product page before ordering. Every part is matched to specific vehicle fitment — we don't sell generic "universal fit" parts.
I can't find the part I need — what do I do? +
Send us a parts request with your year, make, model and what you're after. We'll track it down and let you know if we can source it. Or email us at sales@aacparts.com.au
What if I order the wrong part? +
If a part doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, you can return it within 30 days — see our returns policy below.
Do you ship Australia-wide? +
Yes. We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Orders over $99 ship free; orders under $99 incur a flat shipping rate at checkout.
How long does shipping take? +
In-stock items ship within 2 business days from our warehouse. Delivery time depends on your location — most metro areas receive orders within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Once dispatched you will get an email with a tracking number
Do you ship from the US or from Australia? +
We hold our own stock in both Australian and US warehouses. Most orders ship from our Australian warehouse; some parts ship directly from our US stock depending on availability. We don't drop-ship — what's listed is what we physically hold. Where possible we will let you know if your order is being dispatched from our US warehouse or if you will get multiple deliveries.
How do I start a return? +
Use our Request a Return form with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm next steps by email.
What's your return policy? +
30 days from delivery, no restocking fee, as long as the part is unused and in its original packaging.
What can I return? +
We accept returns of any incorrect part in new undamaged condition.
What is the best way to order? +
